If your work life ties into L3Harris, Health First, Northrop Grumman, Melbourne Orlando International Airport, or nearby professional corridors, West Melbourne and parts of Melbourne may be the most convenient. Palm Bay can still work well depending on the exact route. Rockledge can work when the household needs a broader countywide position.

West Melbourne, Palm Bay, and Rockledge can all be right. But they are right for different buyers. The goal is not to win the map. The goal is to choose a home that still feels smart on a Tuesday morning six months after closing.
